KEEPING YOUR MEALS FRESH
As soon as you receive your meals, you will need to store them in your refrigerator, set between 1 degree C and 4 degrees C. The meals will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 4 days, but we recommend that you consume them within 3 days. Fresh, preservative-free meals have a higher probability of spoilage and storage temperature is a critical factor. or if Frozen will be good up to 3 Months

You can warm up your meal in the microwave in the container provided & Oven on a cooking tray in the center of the oven. If a foil tin is provided, always remove the plastic lid and only use it in the oven. 

CAN YOU FREEZE THE DISHES?
Yes, all the food that we have is freezable for up to 3 months.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

 

10 hr Wood Roasted Melt in Your Mouth Millbrook Beef Chuck Steak with a Fresh Garlic Scape & Parsley Butter (Serves 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray, pierce the clear film with a knife. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Kitchen Farmacy Chicken, Wood Roasted, Cooked in a White Wine Coq Au Vin Sauce & Finished with a Garden Herb & Lemon Gremolata (SERVES 2)

Best in Oven, Preheat oven to 350℉.  Take off the clear film,  Put in the center of the oven on a baking tray for 25 minutes. Until Hot.

Mixed Organic Stuffed Squash with Kale, Wild Rice, Wood Roasted Almond & Lemon Dressing (SERVES 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray, pierce the clear film with a knife. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Organic Spinach, Lakefield Butternut Squash, Garlic Scape & New Potato Curry (SERVES 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray, pierce the clear film with a knife. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. 

Loaded Hasselback Potatoes, Garlic Scape Butter, Aged Cheddar, Peppers, Chive Sour Cream

Best in Oven, Preheat oven to 350℉.  Take off the clear film, remove the sour cream. Put in the center of the oven on a baking tray for 20 minutes. once heated put a dollop of chive sour cream on your hasselback potato and serve. 

Lakefield Eggplant Parmesan, Wood Roasted Local Tomatoes, Crispy Breaded Eggplant, Melted Burrata & Walnut, Garden Basil Pesto (SERVES 2)

Best in Oven Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in the center of the oven on the baking tray and take off the clear film. Put in the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown. 

Homemade Gnocchi: Wood Roasted Almond, Garlic Scape & Garden Basil Pesto (SERVES 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the clear film. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. 

Dishes provided are also microwavable

Blue Cheese & Walnut Homemade Ravioli with a Slow Roasted Smoked Tomato Sauce (SERVES 2)

Frozen fresh pasta should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place a frozen pasta dish in the center of the oven on a baking tray 375F 25 min. Always make sure the dish is hot before serving. If not frozen lower the cooking time to 20 min.

 

Gnocchi, Asparagus & Fresh Garden Herb Pesto

Frozen fresh Gnocchi should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place a frozen pasta dish in the center of the oven on a baking tray pierce film and cook 375F for 30min. Always make sure the dish is hot before serving.

Local Summer Vegetable Chickpea Tagine
Preheat oven to 330℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Heat for 40 min until hot.

Barley Risotto, Braised Fennel, Leek, White Wine Tomato Sauce, Dill & Fresh Parmesan (SERVES 2)

Simply place the dish in the center of the oven on a baking tray pierce film and cook 350F for 25min. Always make sure the dish is hot before serving.

Pizza 
Preheat oven to 400℉ Remove all the packaging put on a non-stick baking tray Put in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown 

Kids Chicken Fingers with a Ranch Dip (HIDDEN Ingredients Ranch: Organic lakefield Cucumber, Peppers & Celery)

This product is cooked already.  To warm up preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and take the clear film off. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. until hot.

Homemade Douro Meatballs (Serves 2)

Preheat oven to 350℉  Put in a baking dish in the center of the oven on the baking tray and pierce the plastic film. Put in the oven for 45 minutes. If the product is not  Frozen. Put in the oven for 25 minutes until hot.

Home Smoked Local Trout Fish Cakes, Fresh Herbs, preserved lemon. (Serves 2)

Preheat oven to 330℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray lightly drizzle some olive oil
Heat for 35 minutes until hot and golden brown.
