KEEPING YOUR MEALS FRESH
As soon as you receive your meals, you will need to store them in your refrigerator, set between 1 degree C and 4 degrees C. The meals will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 4 days, but we recommend that you consume them within 3 days. Fresh, preservative-free meals have a higher probability of spoilage and storage temperature is a critical factor.

You can warm up your meal in the microwave in the container provided. Or oven if a foil tin is provided, always remove the plastic lid for oven use. 

CAN YOU FREEZE THE DISHES?
Yes, all the food that we have is freezable for up to 3 months.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Fresh Homemade Pasta
Frozen fresh pasta should NOT be thawed prior to cooking. Simply place frozen pasta into boiling water. Always use a large pot with plenty of water when cooking fresh pasta Wait until the water is at a rolling boil before adding the pasta. Salt may be added to the water to bring out the flavour of the pasta Once the pasta is placed in the boiling water cooking time varies from 4-5 min Place the lid back on the pot to help bring the water back to a boil. This is essential, because if you do not, the pasta to be sitting in hot water, resulting in mushy pasta. Once the water is boiling again, remove the lid for the remaining cook time. Once ready, drain the pasta into a colander. Toss the pasta in a warmed pan with your prepared sauce, to marry the flavours together. 

House Smoked Chuck 
Preheat oven to 350℉ Take out Chimichurri sauce from packaging, lightly cover with foil. Put in the oven for 30 minutes until hot.

Beef Ribs
Preheat oven to 350℉ Take, lightly cover with foil. Put in the oven for 30 minutes until hot.

Wood Roasted Saffron Chicken with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Sauté Greens
Preheat oven to 320℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Heat for 35 min until hot.

Pizza 
Preheat oven to 400℉ Remove all the packaging put on a non-stick baking tray Put in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown 

Wood Roasted Vegetable Lasagna From Frozen 
Preheat oven to 320℉
Remove plastic lid, place on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil
Heat for 55 min until hot.

Chickpea & Seasonal local Vegetable Saute, Chilli, Tomato & Local Fresh Herbs

Preheat oven to 340℉. 
Remove plastic lid, place in oven and cover with aluminum foil. 
Bake until hot, approximately 25 minutes. OR Dishes provided are microwavable place in microwave on high for 2.30 stir and heat for another 1.30 sec until hot.

Smoked Trout Fish Cakes
Preheat oven to 330℉. 
Remove plastic lid, Lemons & Fresh herb aioli dressing. Bake fish cakes on a baking tray with a splash of oil. Bake until hot & crispy, approximately 25 minutes.

BBQ Beans 
Preheat oven to 330℉. 
Remove plastic lid, cover with aluminum foil. Bake until hot, approximately 25 minutes.
